Suspensions and ON/OFF Services Policies. (Updated May 2020)

Suspensions

 

If you are a client on a BB4S Permanent Internet Service Plan (ie. a client who is resident in Spain on  permanent basis requiring internet services every month) you may suspend the services and your monthly service payments for internet and IPTV services (during holidays / travelling / etc) completely FREE OF CHARGE for up to three calendar months in any twelve month period.

Please note that Telephone services cannot be suspended, so while you can suspend your Internet and IPTV payments, you will need to continue to pay the Telephone basic service costs in order to retain your telephone number.

(please note that IPTV services are subject to a reconnection fee of 6.20€ +IVA (7.50€) after any SUSPENSIONS).

Requests for suspension must be received by the company no more than 30 days prior to the period of suspensión and not less than 2 working days (# See below for 2020 / 2021 Suspension request deadlines) before the begining of the following month, to allow sufficient time for  us to interrupt our billing process.

 

ON/OFF

If you are an ON/OFF service customer, you will be able to activate or deactivate your service as you like.

This service has a monthly maintenance cost charged 12 months/year, of 2.95€ + IVA (3.57€)

When you request Internet service to be activated you will then pay the additional Internet service fee according to the service plan requested*.

ON / OFF Internet service is for consecutive days and is available for 15 or 30 days.

Premium IPTV service can also be activated on demand but please note that IPTV services are charged per calendar month and are subject to a reconnection fee of 6.20€ +IVA (7.50€) after OFF periods.

To actívate  ON or OFF dates for service, you must request service by email to info@bb4s.com  2 working days in advance before the change of status.

Basic service - Up to 6MB Download / 1MB Upload

15 days consecutive service, 15.06€ (12.45€ + IVA)

30 days consecutive service, 30.13€ (24.90€ + IVA)

 

Essential service - Up to 10MB Download / 1MB Upload

15 days consecutive service, 18.76€ (15.50€ + IVA)

30 days consecutive service, 37,51€ (31.00€ + IVA)

 

Advanced service - Up to 16MB Download / 2MB Upload

15 days consecutive service, 19.97€ (16.50€ + IVA)

30 days consecutive service, 39.93€ (33.00€ + IVA)

 

Extreme service - Up to 30MB Download / 5MB Upload

15 days consecutive service, 29.65€ (24.50€ + IVA)

30 days consecutive service, 59.29€ (49.00€ + IVA)

 

Note: - Extreme service is not available in all parts of the network..
